I took out a title loan for my vehicle and I was told that would not be acceptable.

What I did was took a title loan on my vehicle and deposit that money into my bank. But I was told that this is not acceptable.

We are looking at doing a conventional loan for a property we placed an offer on. However, our lender is requesting an answer to the following question, "Where did the large bank deposit come from?" What would be an acceptable response? Any suggestions/thoughts?
