Would love to get to know someone in midwest region and/or Florida area about using the BRRR methods for longterm rentals and STR. I have done a fair share of reading and classes on the subject, but would appreciate the chance to talk to someone and hear about their experiences and some help with analyzing potential deals. Thanks!

I am thrilled to introduce myself as a new member of this incredible forum. I'm passionate about real estate investing, personal finance, and attaining financial freedom. Finding this community has been a tremendous source of information, and I'm eager to learn more, contribute, and grow alongside all of you.

A little about me: I have always been fascinated by the world of real estate. Whether it's residential properties, commercial spaces, or multifamily units, I find the dynamics of the real estate market and the potential for wealth-building through property ownership truly captivating. While I'm not a seasoned investor yet, I believe in the power of education and networking to achieve success. My goals here are:

  1. Learn from the best: I'm here to soak up knowledge from experienced investors, understand different strategies, and gain insights into market trends and opportunities.
  2. Connect and collaborate: I'm looking forward to connecting with fellow members, sharing ideas, and potentially collaborating on real estate projects in the future.

In addition to real estate, I also have interests in personal finance, wealth-building strategies, fitness, and personal growth.

Thank you for welcoming me into this fantastic community. If you have any advice for a newbie like me or if you'd like to connect, please feel free to reach out.
