Hi,

I was just watching a BP webinar in which it was recommended to use the BP marketplace to find small multi-family rentals. However, all the listings I've looking at so far are 1, 2, or even 3 years old. What the heck? Thanks!

"$2,000 to $6,000 range" for a MH?!

Where are you all buying? SFMHs here are $65-80K! (in MH parks).
