I am searching for a piece of land on the outskirts of Charlotte.  Are there any templates you know of or any advice you can give on structuring the deal and what to include in the contract?

I need at least 2-3 acres.

Needs to be in the country but not too far from the city.

HEY YALL. I'm located in Charlotte, NC. I am looking to utilize seller financing for my first deal. I was wondering if anyone has a step by step guide to follow when structuring a deal like this? How do I ensure that their are no leins on the property? I know I would need to use a licensed Mortgage professional to set the deal up. What role does a real estate lawyer play?
