@Subbie Kaur thanks for your response! I was thinking about purchasing a duplex because I could live in one of the units for a year & rent the other unit out to accumulate income faster to save for the next purchase. Wouldn’t that be a wise thing to do ?

I will be buying my first property soon. I was wondering which type of property should I buy first. Single family or Duplex?
