Thanks Steve - I'm leaning towards using the same thing. I wasnt sure if it had all the forms. I only represent buyers so I wont need everything but wanted to make sure.

I'd like to start using electronic forms to conduct my real estate transactions but I dont need a dotloop type provider or any of the robust online systems - I just need all MASS approved forms but in editable format. Does anyone have any recommendations? I found PDFFILLER.com and they seem to have everything Massachusetts needs but was not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
