I like the concept of duplex and 4plex . so I could stay in one. And no I'm targeting a certain area. Just needed for some tips on saving and managing money better . 

@Jaycee Greene hey thanks for responding. I definitely want to buy more properties. I really didn't say but I my first property was a duplex. I rent out one side and the other I stay in . 

Hey hey so I’m a single mom that started house hacking a little over a year ago . The first year was challenging meaning had a tenant but not saving, it was just making my living expenses cheaper. Which was fine but now this year I am able to save. Just looking for tips on saving and managing the money better .
