Hi @BrandonTurner thanks for the advice, I've been reading & hearing podcasts all weekend on my shifts. Wow great content! Oh I forgot to mention in my introduction how I found BiggerPockets..... I Googled "Best R.E. Blogs" & now I'm here.

@CuongLe yes I will be listening to the podcast #33, oh believe me I have a ton of questions & the criteria to be in R.E. I'm aware that this isn't going to be a "Get Rich Quick Scheme"

Greetings everyone I'm Eric P. Medina, excited to be here as a new member. Full time security guard, joined here because I've all ways been interested but have no experience in R.E. I'm going to change that by taking a leap of faith with BP because I've grown weary of the gurus & the pitching their products. Looking forward to take advantage of all that BP has to offer in Mentoring, Reo's, wholesaling, hard money/private lending & Networking in the Philadelphia/South Jersey areas.
