It was suggested to me to get used to running the numbers/ analyzing properties that I might be interested in. I'm using the BRRR Calculator and I'm wondering if the same questions the calculator is asking me, I should request those same questions from the realtors prior to them sending me any information? Should I also volunteer the fact that I'm a first time investor? And most important is there or are there any specific question i should ask to be able to input to the calculator?

Ok, I’ve been searching for the money, but can’t possibly know if they,re what I need to move forward, which is looking for multifamilies, do the numbers, and put In an offer, because then I‘ll have the informatIon to gIve the lenders, rIght, easIer saId then done! I might be over thinking this but wondering if there’s a chronological order that I need to follow that I’m over looking, like step one, step two, so forth and so on, input need!!!!

@Ken Nyczaj I appreciate the reply even that you took the time to reply, means a lot for someone starting out. I’ll simplify my reach, I’ll talk to some realestate agents that I know and see what they can find out for me as far as the 2-4 doors and hone in on that, get better with running the numbers, how is that for right now? I’d also like to reach out to you with an update on what I’m doing or should I just keep posting?
