Just reduced to $116K - 

This house follows the Investor Rental 1% rule beautifully. It rents for $1200/month and priced at $116K

It is is a 3/2/2 in Corpus Christi, TX. Fellow investors - please do your own due diligence and let me know what kind of offer you would like to make. My mortgage lender and financial advisor recommended selling due to being unable to apply the rental payments towards income in a homestead purchase and wanting to pull my equity out of the property.

Hello,

I am Elizabeth Quintanilla and became partners with my fiancé to form Rockabilly Investments. We have been following a few of the BiggerPockets bloggers and decided to join this community. While my fiancé has flipped several homes in the past, I have a marketing background and with Austin's current real estate market as it is .. we decided to from Rockabilly Investments in March 2013.

Our favorite strategy is "Flip That House" but we have wholesaled, provided realtor listing referrals, sold leads, and partnered with a few investors in the local area to get the job done.
