I am a wholesaler in Oklahoma City.  My cash buyers list has hit a plateau recently.  Does anyone have any creative suggestions for how to continue to build my cash buyers list?

Welcome to BP.  What type of investing are you going to be doing. I am in OKC but I would be interested in doing some deals in Tulsa. 

Sometimes you have to let the seller talk themselves down.  Ask them what needs to be repaired, when was the last time the kitchen was updated, when was the last time the bathrooms were updated, how old is the roof, does the house need paint.  After the seller has answered all of these questions they begin to realize everything that needs to be done to get the house up to market value. 

Keep in mind that you might be able to make more money partnering in a rehab but this takes a lot of time and work.  You could make 25k in two or three months or 5k in a few days.  Both are great options it is really just which one works best for your situation.

What is the best section on Craigslist to post a "We Buy Houses" ad?

I am looking at starting a real estate investing llc with a partner. Does anyone have any advice?  Has anyone done this with a partner?  Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.

No real need for an agent.  You can do it yourself.  Just make sure you are up front with the agent at the beginning.
