My name is Erroll Peters from New Orleans, La. I signed up to bigger pockets about 2 weeks ago and until now have just been a spectator to many of the forums. I thought I would just I introduce myself to all of the wonderful and friendly people that make of the BP community. 

I and 2 other partners are in the early stages of forming our real estate investing company. Our short term goal is to build a portfolio of 3 "buy and hold" properties by the end of 2016. Our long term goal is build a portfolio in the next 10 years that will allow us the option to quit our 9to5 jobs if we choose so. With the help of my two partners and the BP community we I know we realize our goal.
