Hi @Scott M. thank you for the reply! That makes a lot of sense. I guess what I need to look for right now is a CM software, then like you advised, supplement it with other tools and/or get another software that mainly handles real estate when I get to that point.

Hello Scott, none right now. I’m a newbie, but manage 5-7 construction projects at a time and I’ve been managing them without using a PM software. Now I’m thinking about how to automate and develop systems to make PM easier and organized. I figured I can use the same software in Real Estate once I start doing deals. Thank you!

What project management software do you recommend? Ease of use especially with sharing information with team members. Some of my subs are older and aren’t great with technology.

What do you use to track different projects and keep everything (invoices, receipts, contracts, other docs) in order and easy to collaborate with everybody on the team? Thank you very much!
