Hey Biggerpockets community. I am newbie looking to get started using the BRRRR strategy. Currently I am stationed in Virginia Beach. I am looking at investing in the Virginia Beach area and surrounding, in Philadelphia, and in Trenton NJ. I would like to build my team of rockstars in these areas. Hey Nicolas. I'm thinking about doing long distance investing in the Cleveland area and would like to know what are the details of the property? How many units and what do the rents go for in the area?

@Patti Robertson I completely understand. I've been looking into rentals. I was thinking of house hacking and getting duplex or triplex, stay in one and rent the others. What do you think about going straight to multi family and house hacking?

Thanks a lot @Patti Robertson for your help. I just feel like it will be hard me to get loans at the stage I'm at. I've been in the Marines for a little under two years and I feel like it'll be hard for me to get a reasonably priced loan for a rental property.  I don't make very much right now. My plan was to wholesale to gain capital to put toward rental properties.
