@David Saperstein

I appreciate the feedback. If you or anyone else wants to expand on the idea or experience on being a living in one property and then renting the other that would be great. What would be the positive of doing that and what would be some mistakes to watch out for.

Hey guys, I wonder if any of you have experience with this set up. The idea is to live in one of the condos and then rent the other and during the summers move to the other. Would appreciate your thoughts if any of you have pursue this strategy

PS:Bare in mind, I'm a bachelor and self-employ those circumstances don't seem to be changing anytime soon. I also have money save up so I wouldn't get into debt..etc.

I appreciate the advice guys, I'm eager to hear from more forums members!

Hey guys,

I was having a conversation with a friend and I wonder what the difference between these two is. Also whenever they can be reconciled if you can buy a property to live in there and then rent it?

Hey guys,

Bigger Pockets is one of the best site I've met to talk with Real Estate agents. I wonder if there's an equivalent site to ask questions to practicing lawyers and very experienced lawyer almost retired lawyers who can give me lots of insightful feedback.
