We got hooked by Morris on September 2018, several calls, spoke personally with Clayton... during that time i read a few bad reviews about rehab timing but we thought he was just overwhelmed with the quantity of deals, same happen to us on a personal level, we have an excellent product, but over demand creates the “bad product” effect over a good product if you cannot deliver, but we still believed on his word and his product, over the phone was a great sales man.

We got into contract for our first property, no deposit required, but you needed to send the full money in 10 days.... somehow we could not do it because an unpaid water bill holding the deal based the title company. After 30+ days waiting, we offered paid this bill several times ($20 something) but somehow they just stop responding, i spoke again with Clayton, he promised us everything will be perfect, and just wait a bit and have patience.

As i saw over the news a lawyer talking about it his clients yesterday, we also never knew we were not dealing directly with Morris Invest, i actually still have the PDF Seller agreement, just opened today again, and the seller signature says Clayton Morris with his signature, attached pic.

By that time, we started reading several bad reviews about other items than timing, it was getting scary.

We decided to pull the plug and I believe we are one of the lucky ones.

Funny note, is that we simple pull the plug by not calling them again, the purchase agreement expired and nobody ever contact us back again.

I feel the pain for the ones that lost money 😩

Hello Guys,

I am planning to open a Holding Wyoming LLC to own my other LLC's (not in Wyoming ;D ) for protection. However during creation i noticed it is asking for either domestic or out-of-state setup. I can have a paid Registered Agent for it, but technically it fall under what category if is only purpose is to own other LLC's? Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Enrique

Hey Guys,

Do you know if an association will allow an owner (condo paid off) currently rented (good ROI) to swap ownership into an LLC?

I know for fact the association hate the fact we rent it, and i dont wanna ask them about the LLC directly.

Any feedback will be appreciated 👍 thanks!
