Hello Everyone I have been doing some more in depth research on driving for dollars and the wholesaling process. I am getting ready to start driving around by the beginning of next week and excited to find my first deal. Before I start is there anything that I should do or anything I should know before hand? I open to all comments and advice.

Hello everyone I am starting my wholesaling journey and would like some help from the community. I have done my own independent research for about 6 months now which has really helped me get the  general idea of wholesaling.   I am looking for help from someone in my area to walk me through a deal because I feel like that would best help really see it for what it is. I am willing to put my time and effort into helping all the way through the deal.  I am not looking to make any personal profit on this more so just experience and make connection in my area. 

I got the basic understanding everything works. I was able to find and easier way for me for me by using Deal machine and Land glide. I know the basics of these apps and how to use them to find my addresses and information about the house. My questions is just after I find these properties what are the next steps after this?

I am wanting to start getting into wholesaling in the Colorado Springs area. I have done my own independent research up to this point, but I am wanting any advice from anyone in this field. I am extremely motivated and willing to learn anything that can help me with my journey.
