Looking to sell my duplexes and wondering if buyers like to have the duplex rented or vacant.  I can easily rent it, but I was thinking it may be easier to show one half of duplex vacant.  Thoughts....

I heard on one of the podcasts, that there was a corelogic  had a service that you could find homeowners with equity in their home.  Does anyone have any thoughts on this approach to direct marketing?
