Thank you for the response. Yes I looked on those sites but I was trying to see what price I should place on the house after putting between $15,000 and $20,000 in renovations in the house.. I did not think I was comparing apples to apples when I looked on those sites. No way to tell if the houses that I was making the comparison to had been renovated or not. But again, thank you for the response.

Thank You,

Bobby Hughes.

Hi AJ,

Every Attorney I contacted in Georgia told me that it was illegal in the state of Georgia to do what I was trying to do which was an assignment. I ended up doing a double close and had to pay 1500.00 to Insider's Cash to do the double close.

Good Luck,

Bobby Hughes

It is also possible that the buyer is looking to pull one over on you having inspectors make a mountain out of a mole hill. Again, this is just a possibility, I am not saying it is what has happened or not.

While doing all of this, Boulder be bringing in my contractor to go over the report and advise if the items are true and what the actual cost should be.

Okay. I have decided based on advice here, to share the report with my contractor and we both decide if the items need repairing or not. If they are in need of repair, make the necessary repairs and move on to the next buyer. At least this way we will know for sure and don't have to worry about whether the report is true or not. Also I will feel better if these repairs are needed and we make the necessary repairs, rather than trying to sell a house that might need repairing and truly is not safe. I will sleep better at night.

Thank you for the good advice. I agree. I will get with my contractor, share the report, make the important repairs and move on to the next buyer. Thank you for the good advice.
