I understand that there are large downsides for the sellers as well as challenges for me as an investor.

The main reason I'm looking in to seller financing is the high entry level at my local market. I am already fully invested and can't increase my bank loan amount. In order for me to keep being active on my local market seller financing is one of the attractive (?) solutions. Meanwhile I thought that I might go for apartment buildings (buy and hold).

@Jenna Stonecipher , exactly! In my case one of the sellers is retiring and doesn't seem interested in buying a new investment. Thank you for the link tip, I will check it out.

QUESTION:

I have approached some Realtors just to see if seller financing is common here in Sweden. Many seem familiar with the concept but are asking me for details regarding the setup.

- Can you please share some experiences/examples on how a preferable seller financed deal can be set up? (Both if it's fully owned or bank financed).
