Hey BP community, I am fairly new to the real estate business and looking for a title company to start completing some wholesale deals! I’m currently located in Hawthorne, California so I also tired narrowing down my marketing specifically in this area. If you know about a good title company that is investor/wholesaler friendly that would be helpful. Also any other tips about wholesaling in general would also be appreciated.

Hey, I'm new to the BP community and I'm already excited after reading this post. I to tired explaining real estate to my girlfriend and surprisingly she was just as excited as me. Stay persistent and positive with her. As everyone knows real estate can be very overwhelming. I tell my girlfriend all the time what I learn new about real estate everyday and now we tell each new things we learn everyday. She might see how passionate you are about real estate and might interest her to take a closer look. Don't give up. But there is so many options to make money in real estate, you might want to try taking a different approach or method. Flexibility is important even in relationships. I've learn to do that myself lol. Good luck !
