I am a real estate from Long Island NY and I am fairly new to investing. My father and I are taking a trip to East TN to check out the Tri-Cities and Knoxville. We want to purchase small multi-family properties and I am looking to connect with investors, investor-friendly contractors, and property managers in the area.
