My father needs help with a question about a title to a property in southern california in the imperial valley area. Some how his name was removed from a title to a property he and a few aunts and uncles own in unison. he would like to know how it is that they LEGALLY removed his name and if it wasn't done legally what can he do?

Any Real Estate Attorney that my father can reach out to. If we can direct message to see if there can be help for a particular issue with a title in the area of imperial valley in southern california. 

yeah i left 307 last spring (middle of 2nd winter, lol) to texas and HAD to get a new phone and was having trouble keeping my 307 # but now i am back and looking to get into real estate as a realtor before investing as to fix some personal bumps to make future transitions easier. Have read all replies and will take all into consideration to either google # or new phone number through my provider. thanks BP fam

Hello BP fam. Quick question. I currently hqve a 432 area code phone number and have had it for about a year. Should i change back to a 307 area code phone number since i am wanting to become a realtor in wyoming and will be a start investor from this state?

Yes the price caught my attention at first then saw the dual flush action and was hooked to try and save on water bill. Luckily we have a base and habe never gone over that bytrying to be as conservative with water as possible.

I personally like the Glacier Bay Dual Flush toilets. I bought mine for $99 three years ago almost and have not had a single issue with it. IMO best toilet ever.

I am a newbie with no rentals but here are my 2 cents. Look for an insurance that has umbrella coverage to cover you as a landlord. If I am incorrect I hope someone helps me learn about correct way of going about this as well.
