Post: What's the value of a wholesaler?

If someone wants/needs to sell a property asap and is going to sell it for less than it is worth to accomplish this, wouldn't they be able to put it up for sale traditionally and have it sell quickly?

I'm struggling to understand why someone would choose to use a wholesaler.

I'm sorry, why do you point out that you are a woman? Is it supposed to be harder for us? Because we are stupid?

Of course someone else must have asked this same thing, I didn't think of searching for it. Thank you for answering my question anyway. Very helpful.

PS. Starter house this year which I would then turn around and rent when I can afford to get a mortgage on a better house next year.

I would like to purchase 2 single family homes and a small multi-family in about a 2 year period. I would like to have as small a down payment as possible (who wouldn't?).

One house this year, and the other 2 in 2016 when I can use this year on my tax return which will allow me to borrow much more.

Am I going to run into issues with lenders with getting multiple mortgages? Any strategy to getting multiple mortgages with small down payments?

I am willing to live in the multi-family for a year if I can get an fha or other loan rather than a business loan which I know has a higher interest rate..

Thank you.

I do have a child, but he is a toddler. I'm in internet marketing.

Thanks for the interesting perspectives.

My unrelated personal business has taken off and I may be looking at making $500k this year. I own no real estate. I've never made this much money or even close. I need to get rid of some of this cash so I'm not paying cray cray taxes.

Can I purchase an investment property, like a small apartment complex, and do it through my business, using the purchase price as a business expense?

So, make 500k, buy 400k apartment complex, only pay taxes on 100k.

My tax person is saying no. Bummer.

If not, other advice?
