I assigned my PSA to another wholesaler, can he speak with the seller directly, without ripping me off of my fee? or do I still need to be involved

I have my first wholesale property, and I got a call from a real estate agent who has a cash buyer interested in the property, she wants to know how her commission would be paid when I explained it the "wholesaling" way she said she wouldn't be able to do that through her company, is it possible she can go about this another way? Im a little confused
