Looks great! I'd love to have your plumber contact. I'd start at $1k or just above for rent and see how much traffic you get. 301 Pine Forest Trail rented for $1k

@Debbie Partain - yes, talk to your agent. They should know how to pull lists of landlords. Networking with Wholesalers could work too. Good luck and DM with any other questions!

@Debbie Partain perhaps consider looking off market focusing on other investors/landlords who may want to sell.

@Ryan DeVore - happy to set you up on an auto search so you can watch the market if that's what you're looking for. Multi's have been slow to come to our market and they are going under contract with sight unseen offers/line out the door last few months. Let me know if I can assist.

Hi @Peter K. - happy to chat with you about my experience. Send me a message to connect if interested.

Welcome to the Wake Forest area; I love it here. The Multi world is hot right now so if you can find something off market that makes sense jump on it!

$200-$250k is really tough in the Raleigh market right now as we consistently have multiple offers and high due diligence fees which is buyer's out of pocket money at the time of contract acceptance. I'd recommend going online to see if you can find info on how many ppl are looking for a one bedroom in the areas you're interested in and price points. Maybe try C*list / rooms wanted.

Happy to email you some homes in the Raleigh/Cary/RTP area within that budget so you can see what kind of properties are for sale. Are you looking for a single family that you rent out to roommates or a multifamily situation?

Every multi I've shown in the last few months have had a line of agents waiting at the door to get in. Strong demand and multiple offers.
