Hey everyone, 

Thankfully, some work stuff got moved around and I will be able to attend the meet up this Wednesday! I'm a real estate rookie currently looking for a live in flip or multi family house hack. Mostly, I'm looking forward to getting to know some folks who are actively pursuing the same goals as I am. This will be my first real estate meet up and I gotta say, I'm excited to get the ball rolling. See you guys in a couple days!

Hello Sergio,

I hope you've been well since this post. I traveled to York several times for business over the last couple years and fell in love with the community and hospitality of the Pennsylvania Dutch.

I also live in NJ and am a rookie REI looking to get started in a market I can afford. Have you pursued any properties in York? I have a long list of areas to continue analyzing in order to narrow my search down. York is currently on that list.
