Hello everyone, I am new to wholesaling, reading to start investing, I don't have access to off market deals yet , some realtors added me to their MLS list but I have not gotten any deal yet . Hello, i am new to invest , actually own 2 townhomes , but i will like to keep growing my profile by investing more. l will like to BRRRR but im a little limited on how to start , financially im thinking a heloc or hard money lender for the next property, any advice will be welcome, thank you.

Hello i new to investing though i owned 2 townhomes, 1 is fully rented on long term , i rent my basement in the 2nd town house, i will like to keep investing using the BRRRR strategy , i need a push on starting please . I have been trying to build my credit, i spoke to a couple of lenders, contractors, been reading some books from this platform but yet i need a push as to making the right decisions, i will much appreciate if someone will reach out to help, thank you.
