Quote from @Bryan Montross:

Hi Emeldine. I recently completed a BRRRR in Glen Burnie, MD. I am an agent and investor in the Anne Arundel County area. I mainly do buy and hold, but have started to look into BRRRR more given the local market conditions. If you would like someone to look through a deal with you, let me know.

Thank you Bryan, i have a prop in glen Burnie and will like to get more over there if possible, i will be needing you help, thanks.

Hello everyone, I am new to wholesaling, reading to start investing, I don't have access to off market deals yet , some realtors added me to their MLS list but I have not gotten any deal yet . I will like to know the best websites to get off market deals for wholesaling , I have been through some websites but I don't get it, please share with me the links wholesalers use, thank you very much.

Quote from @Joshua Christensen:

I agree with @Nicholas L.

Do you currently own your house? Go buy another house and turn your current home into a rental. FHA only requires 3.5% down. Find something that needs some work so you can get a discount on it (built in equity). Fix it. Cash out Refi. Find the next one. I bought my last house on a private note for $500 out of pocket and took over the guy's mortgage. I'm buying another one in a few months for $5k and taking over their note while turning the first one into a rental with good cash flow. Don't make it harder than it needs to be. Just make it work for you.

Hello Joshua , please I'm curious how you got properties that cheap , do you mind sharing with me please , thank you.
