Hello All,

Just saying hi as a new member introduction.  I'm a tax CPA and have experience in equity (common stock) investing.  I know, I know that's hearsay here but it is what it is...

I recently moved to the Atlanta area and am currently looking for primary residence.  RE investing will follow (please see profile for more color).  Long time lurker and happy to finally post.
