You have already done what most people can't seem to do! The best advice I can give is to keep learning, and network with local professionals that you can work with in the future. Sit down with local loan officers, banks, hard money lenders, Realtors, wholesalers, etc.... and you will quickly learn what loan products could work, and where to find deals. If there are local meet ups in your area, make sure to attend they are the best place to meet like minded people that can help keep you motivated!

Good Luck! Aaron

@Walter

Thank you for the advice! I will definitely be looking into those things. GOD bless!

Hello, My name is Emanuel, I am a 24 years old from Texas looking for some advice in real estate investing. I first got interested from Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, it made me realize how wrong my financial views were, especially because I was the type of guy that always tried to consume all the over time I could get! I haven’t stopped reading books since. Anyways I’m just trying to get advice In financing options and finding good deals. I plan on having 20-25k at the end of this year to work with and I’m trying to stay ahead of my game. Thanks!
