Hi guys! Hope ya'll are making the money rain down on you.

(I don't know if this is the right place for the thread so I will leave it to the admins to decide.)

So my question goes out to everyone that is working with/looking to work with/have worked with a Realtor. I am an agent in the Annapolis area of Maryland, and I want to make working with investors my niche. My goal is to become a full time investor myself someday.

So the questions are:

  1. What are you looking for in a Realtor when looking at investment properties?
  2. What are some deal breakers when working with a Realtor?
  3. What makes a Realtor stand out from the rest of the realtors, especially if the realtor is new?

Thanks so much in advance for all the feedback and info! I greatly appreciate it!

Hi!

Short about me! I am a swed that just moved here (1year ago). For the moment I'm working as a Real Estate agent in Annapolis/Severna park area in Maryland. My goal is to build wealth through real estate investing and my focus is rentals and also fix&rent.

Due to the absurdly high property prices here I have a great interest in investing in both florida and texas. The goal is also down the line to move to either state.

The question is which state is better cash flow as and investor?

Also would be awesome if people could share their long distance investment experience!!

If admins want to move the post to the right place please do, because I have no idea where it should be!
