I got an email from a Mark Abel from Renovation Funders when he replied to my craigslist ad "WE BUY HOUSES". He emailed me a link to a video which I watched. The video says that we are to invest at least $15,000 up front but when I emailed Mr. Abel  he said my cost is ZERO. When I emailed him back after watching the video and told him that I'm a Licensed Real Estate Broker that I just wanted him to know,  he ceased all communication with me. That seems very fishy and if you don't want to deal with professionals what is their game? Are they legit?
