Hello everyone, I have a question about building a home in Kern county Bakersfield,CA. My uncle was considering building a couple of homes on a lot and was wondering if the return would be worth it or not. Each house would be preferably about 1500 square feet, 3 to 4 bedrooms, reasonable quality. He was looking at building about 12 houses. Could anyone advise me on the approximate costs that this project would take? Thank you in advance everyone!

Hello everyone. My name is Emad. I am a new member. I just recently got my real estate license. I am looking for preferably commercial properties for my clients. Anything that is a good deal anywhere in the central valley or out a little. Shopping centers, Gas Stations, Liquor  Stores, etc, that are bank owned, in foreclosure. Any good deals. Also my clients currently flip a few houses in Fresno so they will also be interested if a good deal comes up around Fresno if there is a house they can flip. Thank you all, God Bless.
