@Anthony Martin I am planning to hire a property manager in the future.

@Anthony Martin I want to start with a duplex, triplex or fourplex that I can live in as an owner occupant and then find another duplex, triplex, or fourplex that I can move into and live as an owner occupant and continue this for a few years until I can buy a bigger complex.

What is your favorite investment property of all time? Which property was your favorite to own or work on and how did you come to acquire it?

I just watched the video. A video response was unexpected, but I really enjoyed it!

I'm impressed with the amount of people that bought their first property in their early twenties. Did you plan on it being an investment property when you bought it?

Thank you for the warm welcome! I've just set up some keyword alerts!

I'm interested in also starting out with personal properties. You two must have a great plan for your business to retire at such a young age!
