Hey everyone, if you're a real estate agent in/ near Greene County Ohio and have experience when it comes to filling out a contract for wholesalers, please reach out (it's my first time wholesaling). I'm in need of representation and help on a wholesale. Thanks!

I'm not an agent but I may be able to assist you with filling out the wholesale contract. Please feel free to reach out.

 That would be greatly appreciated.

Hello new investors!  My name is Trevor Riley, I'm Head of Product at BiggerPockets.  I have a very simple question I would love to hear from as many of you as possible:

What is your biggest challenge right now?

Whether you recently closed on your first investment property, are just thinking about getting into it, or are anywhere between, let me know what the largest challenge or problem you are facing right now that must be resolved for you to keep moving towards achieving your long term financial goals.

Finding a deal for the most part...

Hi Earl-

Welcome to the REI community! Meetups in your area are a great way to establish relationships. Also, I would look into Facebook groups like Airbnb Homes for Sale and local FB groups in your area too. Best of luck and reach out with any questions (I work for a private national lender)!

I greatly appreciate your feedback & will be going the hard money direction so I'll be sure to keep you in mind.

Yes, I'm aiming towards fixing & flipping to start my journey. This is the criteria I'm going with as my starting foundation 150% ARV, 25% equity upon rehab ending or better, C class neighborhood or better (somewhere I feel comfortable picking up the rent from), falls into the 1% rule, & $250 minimum cash flow per month. I'm in looking for properties or land in Charlotte, NC or the surrounding areas.

I'm new to the real estate world, but have been educating myself everyday via reading, podcast, YouTube etc. I aspire to be of value to someone in the area while simultaneously being able to learn as well. Thank you in advance BiggerPockects family...

Welcome to Biggerpockets! There are a lot of helpful people here. It's always best if you start by reading some books to get the foundational understanding and then use the forums to refine your knowledge as you grow.

Thanks for the feedback, I definitely will continue to engage in reading & other forms of education regarding real estate and finances.

Welcome!

I've found the local networking groups is another great place to meet active investors. Either informal or the REIAs.

Best of luck in your journey.

Yes, I agree & I will be attending a meeting as soon as one is available in my area. They only just started meetings back up again, in the mean time I'm simply being patient. Thanks for the feedback its much appreciated.
