Hey Elvis,

I'm in Charleston and could possibly put you in touch with the right connections depending on what you need. I know you're wanting to buy commercial, but is your current property (the one you will be leveraging) commercial as well, or is it residential?

 Hey Patrick,

The properties I have and looking at are near Charleston. Do you lend commercial or only residential?

We just added a suite of commercial options. Let me know if you want to jump on a call to discuss.

Thanks,

Patrick

Yes I would like to jump on a call to see what we can do.

I need assistance in exploring my options for a commercial property I recently purchased in South Carolina. The building requires significant rehabilitation, but it is salvageable. Alternatively, I could consider demolishing it and starting anew. I am seeking financing for both options to thoroughly evaluate and determine the most cost-effective and advantageous approach. It's worth mentioning that I purchased the property outright in cash. Thank you

I'm exploring creative methods to finance my next commercial property purchase. While I initially bought my first property outright with cash, I'm interested in alternative approaches. Can I leverage my current property as collateral for a no-money-down acquisition of the next one? Additionally, what other options exist to minimize or eliminate the need for a substantial upfront investment?
