Excuse my ignorance, I am a newbie.

But isn't there any type of insurace that will protect against that?

Hi Guys.

I remember I heard in one of the podcasts here that there were banks financing with a 5% down but I can't find which podcast it was. i wanted to ask that person what bank was he using?

my point is, do you know about any institution that is borrowing with 5% down ?

Hi guys

I am preparing to start investing in RE and I would like to know if there is a way to find out what's the best county to invest in my surroundings.

For instance... is there a way to see where the population is moving to?

What are the fastest growing zip codes?

Where is the income growing and the unemployment dropping?

Things like that, which could tell where to aim and what to stay away from.
