Re Introduction . After posting my first introduction then I saw the proper way to introduce myself here on the BP forum . My name is Elvin Altagracia and I currently reside in Jacksonville Florida . I am retired from the military (Army/Infantry) . Currently I am very interested in learning about rental properties and everything involved with the process . BP has been a tremendous help so far ! I am a proud father of 3 girls and also married to a wonderful wife . Creating long lasting wealth is my goal , not only for myself and my family but also to make a difference in the world . Would to link up with a mentor that could spare some knowledge . Looking forward to this journey , a bit scared but I'll deal with it . Thank you all .
