Hi Hector! One of my clients named Kristin Carlson with Remax is an agent from San Dimas which I know has a few rental properties. I also have a friend named Jacob Swodeck from Claremont who is from The Associates Realty Group. I'm actually stumped on which one I want to use when I'm ready to invest. If you don't mind me asking? Do you own in Glendora? How did you connect to San Antonio, and Atlanta? Curious because my Father in Law lives in Lubbock, Texas, and my brothers live in Surprise, Arizona. So I was  thinking of looking that route. I'm renting now but getting close to having a down payment for either buying my own property here or buying and holding out of state.
