I’m new to bigger pockets but have been an investor for some time. I wanted to share the ultra investor friendly agent that I utilize for my properties on the jersey shore. She has worked deals for me from Asbury Park through Cape May with a particular focus on LBI (these are my preferred areas). She isn’t just hungry, she is a savage, shrewd negotiator that is available when I need her whether early morning or after hours.
