Can somebody tell me where to go to research the county websites in Texas?

Are they specific to every county.?

Best way to do due dilligence?

Looking to find and buy properties that have not sold at the auction.

Are we talking about deeds that have no redemption period and I own them outright?

Thanks

I believe that first you have to foreclose on the property before you get titla and the right to evict the tenant. If tenants are the homeowners, you still have to go through the foreclosure process.

If they trash property, sorry.

A tax lien is superior to all liens except maybe IRS. You have to negotiate with them.

I believe that I am correct but if I am not, somebody please correct me.

I could acquire a tax lien, hold it for 6 months, and then go for a foreclosure and quiet title. I was looking in Dallas. Is that a good place to start and where would I go to find the struck off properties or the ones that are going up for bid?

Thanks
