Selling the remaining payments on a 30 year real estate mortgage note. 2 years worth of payments made. Buyers have paid all payments on time. Home is in a very nice area of Portland, Oregon and worth approx 1.1 million. Left on note 747k principal. 6.5% interest rate. $4804 monthly payment. If you're interested please contact me.
