I’m in the process of  relocating to Houston from Dallas. One of my friends live in this zip code and loves it. From google maps it looks decent but I’m sure there’s bad parts also. I need a realtor who is experienced in putting in bids and will advise me the right way to possibly purchase a home by AUGUST. 

I have a owner wanting me to sell his home. Looks like it may be a tear down but its on .25 acres of land. I offered him $25 for the home how do I incorporate a number for his property?

Home worth $44k but its in horrible condition 

I have a commercial property under contract at $220. Its CAD value is $363k. The owner owes $225k in back taxes and loans. They are about to be sued for the taxes. As a wholesaler what can i do? 

Owner finance? If so do i have to market the property as such?
