Hello BP Family,

I am looking to re-locate to either Whiting, Hammond, Highland or Griffith, Indiana by early to mid August due  to an ill family member I need to be closer to.   I would like to rent a single family home with appliances included, a basement and 2 car garage.  There would be three adults and 3 very good indoor cats.  I am reaching out to BP for any contacts you may have in those areas whose specialty is renting homes. Hello BP Family:

I am pursuing starting my RE Business early 2015.  Looking at Wholesaling to begin. Someone has told me that I need to have an actual business address, that I cannot use my home address as my business address.  They also said not to use the words such as Real Estate or Investor in my company name as those names get a poorer rating when your company gets ranked in what type of business you have.   I understand I need to get a D & B number  and an EIN number.  Would just like some opinions please.  Perhaps there are posts about this already, but I could not locate them.  Thanks for any feedback.
