Nice! That sounds like a great opportunity.

Most of my listings are in St. Lucia. I also work on Grenada, Barbados, and Dominican Republic. I am actively looking to expand throughout the Caribbean.

Hi Everyone, 
My real estate company is based in the US. I invest in properties located in the Caribbean. I am finding it really difficult to find investors and lenders who will lend on properties outside of the US. Does anybody here have experience or insight on this subject? Thanks!
