Hello!

I’m looking for a land investor who would be willing to talk a deal through with me. I am new to land investing but have invested in real estate.

I have family that needs to sell some land and I’d like to buy it if it makes sense. I need help doing the analysis to figure out: a reasonable offer, how to determine good land usage/development options for the area, and what the best avenue for lending might be if I go that route.

Thanks!

Elizabeth

Thanks for the reply @Cory J Thornton

I agree with your wave analogy, my worry is for those that don't know how to surf! I have a background in engineering and try to immerse myself in new tech as it comes. That being said, I wonder how I may be able to leverage my real estate knowledge and engineering background to be able to give agents that leg up moving forward so they aren't knocked off their feet!

This may be re-iterating what many others have said, but I believe the easiest first step an agent can make it to create an account with OpenAI and start exploring it's capabilities. If you learn how to prompt it well, I believe ChatGPT could take over 90% of your marketing and social media content generation.

What is your biggest concern for your future as an agent considering the integration of newer technologies like AI, Web3, Blockchain etc. in the real estate space?

How could you solve that concern?
