Researching the wholesaling strategy doesn't seem complicated and it feels like it would be rather rewarding. I know my first goal is to start getting a list of cash buyers. 

Hi! I'm Elizabeth from Wichita, KS. I am wanting to learn more about real estate investing. My knowledge at this time is very limited. 

My time is very limited due to having to work all the time just to keep up with bills, so every chance I get I will drown myself in education so that I may eventually own my own business. 

As a side note, I just want my spouse to never have to work another day in their life. They have been working for over 40 years. Was told in passing that they would love to flip houses but I need to learn more before we head down that road. I want to start with something simple first and eventually become an expert and work my way around to all the different REI opportunities.
