Hello everyone!

New to REI but have thoroughly educated myself over the past year, and continuing the education process each day but I feel eager to dive in and purchase that first rental property. Currently have my eye on an awesome 10-unit multifamily property in Seattle,WA with a solid opportunity for airbnb short term rentals and/or long term tenants. I would live on the property and act as the onsite property manager. Currently looking to build a team to help me achieve my goals. Any advice or investor referrals are welcome! Thanks!
