@Andrew Stephens  .. interesting looks like the property you included the link for has the reserve met w/ auction ended - might be under contract soon.

I've been watching a property as well listed for what is now the fourth auction with every auction increasing in minimum bid amount based upon the highest amount from the previous auction.  Reserve is not met and I am starting to give up on the property, how much longer can Hubzu keep this going?

Thanks, I suspect as much as well. The possible seller and one other bid got the property up to 230k- Auction  ended and no contract. It was then relisted by Hubzu so I assume reserve was not met and bank is not willing to accept that amount. Property is now on its 3rd auction with 4 days left and no bids as of yet. Here's to hoping it goes down after this auction.

Also, @Vivek Khoche have you dealt with any deals where special servicing conditions apply? Does that mean it will take longer?

Thanks! Just seems odd that this person would bid against themselves. Why would same person $211 and then $212?

Hubzu experts? What does it mean when the same bidder has bid consecutively on the same property? So for example $212 and $213k - makes no sense is this a novice bidder? Bank itself to drum up bids? These are also only bids. Lastly, I read MLS listing is reserve price is this correct?
