Beautiful! Great job. Was it a renovation loan you ended up doing? I'm just wondering how you offered all cash and then got the loan? Thinking of doing something similar here in NYC
I would like to start the process needed for a possible eviction. From what I've read, the notice to cure is the first step if I have a lease and they are paying. I just want to make sure that I take the proper steps that can be used in court. Can I create my own "notice to cure" or do I need an attorney? I would get my signature notarized and see where I can get it certified along with the 10 days to cure it. If it's section 8, do I need to send them a copy? I rather not so I don't rock the boat with them There are 4 people on the lease (including baby) and one of them is having loud parties and smoking pot. Can I address it to the one tenant? She is the issue here
